Carats & Stones Return and Refund Policy
At Carats & Stones, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality jewelry. However, please note the following guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds:
Returns: We do not accept returns for any jewelry purchases except in cases where the item is defective. If you receive a defective piece, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are only available for in-store credit. Custom and special orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective piece, we will gladly repair, replace, or issue store credit. Please report any defects as soon as possible.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided, except in cases where the item is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days after the item is inspected.
General Policies:
- All exchanges and returns require proof of purchase.
- Custom orders, personalized items, and sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- We recommend purchasing jewelry insurance for coverage beyond our warranty on manufacturing defects.
